Privacy
Privacy
Short, because there is very little to describe.
No accounts, no sign-in, no personal data
There is nothing to sign up for on this site. We do not ask for a name, an email address or anything else, and there is no facility to create an account.
The tools run in your browser
The licence checker, the RTP calculator and the deposit limit planner all run entirely on your own device. What you type into them is never sent anywhere. The licence checker downloads a copy of the register index and searches it locally, which is why it works the same whether you look up one address or fifty.
The planner in particular asks about money you have deposited. That information stays in the page, is not transmitted, and disappears when you close the tab.
No tracking, and nothing counted
There is no analytics on this site at present. No page-view counter, no third-party script of any kind, and nothing that reports back when you open a page. If we ever add page-view counting, this notice will change with it.
Links out
Links to the Gambling Commission, to support organisations and to other external sites take you to services with their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
Hosting
The site is static, so pages are served as files. Standard server logs may record requests, as they do for any website.
Asking us about your data
Because nothing identifying you is collected, there is in practice nothing to send you, amend or delete. You are entitled to ask anyway, and to be told that. Write to [email protected] and you will get an answer.
The same address takes complaints about how this site handles data. If our answer does not satisfy you, the Information Commissioner's Office is the UK regulator and can be approached directly.
